UK Publisher "Codemasters" has just released 4 new screens of their upcoming action horror title "Clive Barker's Jericho" which will be released on several platforms.
The game is shedulded for a "late" October 2007 release and we present you a look on Jericho's "MONSTERS".

A spectacular, creative, and unflinching realisation of Barker's cannon of nightmares, Clive Barker's Jericho is a squad-based horror FPS that combines the darkest elements of Barker's horror fiction with an ambitious, age-spanning story.
Players lead the Jericho squad, a seven-man strike force for the U.S. Department of Occult Warfare, into the Middle Eastern city of Al-Khali to investigate an intense level of paranormal activity. Each member of the squad is an expert in modern warfare as well as their own different para-psychological discipline, including clairvoyance, alchemy, blood magic, exorcism and more.
As the most ancient of evils breaks through into Al-Khali, the denizens of an unknown hell are unleashed as layer upon layer of instances from the city's turbulent and bloody past are formed. Throughout the game, encounters come hard and fast from a bombardment of twisted monsters and gruesome demons. The deeper the squad descends into Al-Khali's tortured history, the more they must combine their military expertise with their paranormal talents to defend the modern world against the supernatural threat.
