Capcom has just issue a Press Release where they detail that Bionic Commando Rearmed will be available for 400 MS Points, half it's normal price, so if you still don't have it, now is the time to buy it.

Bionic Commando Rearmed is a high definition remake of the original Bionic Commando for the NES and connects with the new next-gen Bionic Commando released recently at May 19th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, unlocking some itens.

The offer is up from today until June 3rd, so I'd go get it right now.
