Due to certain circumstances we were unable to review SEGA's latest classic game on Xbox Live Arcade, "Afterburner: Climax".

The game was released on April 24th and since one of us recently bought the game, we just couldn't resist to review it and publish it online for our readers.

Is this new remake of Afterburner as good as their release of Outrun HD about a year ago?

The game is set over numerous different stages with multiple routes including some which sees you flying inside of buildings to destroy enemy craft and reach your goal. This is done with only two weapons at your disposal with machine guns for close range battles and missiles which can target multiple enemies for longer range attacks
